How to Order

I can paint from photos you send (high-resolution, full body, closeups, etc.), although my preference is to meet the animal, get a sense of him/her, and take a variety of photos myself.

I'll need a deposit of 30% of the fee, (by PayPal or a cheque). Then I'll do a preliminary sketch, which you can approve.

The timeline is a minimum of 8 weeks, or longer depending on the number of clients I have at the time. If you're considering this as a Christmas gift, it's not a bad idea to start the process in the summer.

Pricing

Pricing is based on size and complexity, for example: background detail one dog or two, portrait or full body.

The price for a standard oil portrait of approximately 11 x 13 inches with a plain background is $350. Other sizes can be negotiated.

Price does not include frame or shipping.
